PCCI has a full staff of factory trained technicians. Many of our technicians have had in excess of 20 years of copier experience. Our service dispatch department is open ready to receive your calls between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM. You will always have a live person ready to answer your service needs.
PCCI uses the industry standard OMD software to compliment the services we offer. With this system we can effectively keep track of your service calls as well as maintain a complete inventory of parts and supplies, either in our warehouse or in technician car stocks to offer a “first time fix” to your service request. Our service response averages less than 2 hours in the greater Portland area. We are here, ready to respond to what ever service request you may have. Whether it's copier, fax, laser printers, print controllers, software driver installation or network scanning services, PCCI is ready to do it all.
