I recently purchased the above equipment from your company and am leasing it through Key Bank.
I worked for the Merrill Companies (Merrill Transport Co, Merrill Industries and Merrill’s Marine Terminal) from 1972 until the sale of the marine terminal in 2004. In fact many of those years our offices were across the street from where you are located; 1037 Forest Avenue. During that entire period I was involved in the office equipment purchasing either solely or with the owner.
As you can imagine I worked with a number of copier companies and sales people over those years. We did do business with your company over those years as well.
I have been on my own since 2004. I finally got to the point where I needed an upgrade to the equipment in my office. I was fortunate that Mike Weldon made a cold sales call just about the same time that I decided that I had to do something. I was very impressed with Mike when we met. He listened to my perception of what I needed for “copier” equipment as well as my computer needs. There was no high pressure and I was very comfortable with Mike’s presentation.
Mike came back with a proposal for a machine that fit my needs to the “T”. It was very easy to decide to go with the Savin 816. I wish that I had done this earlier.
Bob Sanborn also was at this meeting. He listened to my thoughts on what I wanted for computer capability in my office. He asked me questions about various things that I could very easily do if the “network” was configured to do so. Again, I was very impressed and comfortable with Bob.
The equipment was delivered by Bob. He and Steve set up the machine as well as making the changes to my computers. Everything is running smoothly and I couldn’t be happier.
You should be proud of these individuals and I am sure that you are. I firmly believe that you have a first class organization with first class individuals representing your company. I will highly recommend PCCI to any of my clients for their copier and computer needs.
